Job description:
Support the organization’s IT infrastructure and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient business continuity. Maintain hardware, software, and network systems while providing technical and administrative assistance to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, and operating systems to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, LAN/WAN networks, and security systems.
- Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and information security procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to support digital adoption and new system implementations.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and documentation including renewals and audits.
- Liaise with vendors, web providers, and management on IT-related matters.
- Maintain and update company websites, social media platforms, and assist in email marketing activities.

Requirement:
